Dreamwall.in create & provide assignment and theme base project facilities. They have undertaken Rangavali Murals and Fine Art Murals for Hotels and Corporate Houses is another highpoint feature to their credit. These Wall Coverings will add a distinctive touch to any wall /room you desired. Individuals and Corporate Houses or any commercial business form can communicate.

5 TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This Terms of Use Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Dreamwall.in and TAO Communications, Pune; Venture and you with respect to your use of the Dreamwall.in website, applications, and the products and services offered by Dreamwall.in through them (collectively, the “ Site ”). By way of further example and not limitation, if you post or otherwise provide a photograph of a pictorial, graphic, sculptural or architectural work that is protected by copyright, you need to first obtain permission or a release from the owner of the copyright in such work to reproduce and adapt their work and permit us to use it as stated in this Agreement and you must be the owner or licensee of the copyright in the photograph, with the right to permit us to use it as stated in this Agreement. Dreamwall.in may enable you to post ratings or reviews of vendors, service providers and/or their products or services on the Site (your “Reviews”). Reviews are considered Content. You may not post any reviews about a vendor, service provider or any of their products or services if you are (a) an employee, contractor, officer or director of the vendor and/or service provider; (b) an employee, contractor, officer or director of a competitor of the vendor and/or service provider; or (c) related to the vendor and/or service provider in any way, including by blood, adoption or marriage. By posting a Review, you acknowledge and agree that such Content:
a. is based upon your first-hand experience with the vendor, service provider or product or service that is the subject of the Review;

You acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to the Dreamwall.in Trademarks are our exclusive property, and any goodwill generated by your use of any Dreamwall.in Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit. You will not take any action that is in conflict with our rights in or ownership of any our Trademarks.

Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective from the date that you first access the Site or submit any information to Dreamwall.in, whichever is earlier, and shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Certain violations of this Agreement, as determined by Dreamwall.in, may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Site, without prior notice. This Agreement will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, your right to use the Site shall immediately cease, and you shall destroy all copies of information that you have obtained from the Site, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. Dispute Resolution
You and Dreamwall.in agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or to your use of the Site or Services (collectively “ Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you and Dreamwall.in each are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff as a class member in any class action proceeding. Further, unless you and Dreamwall.in agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form class action proceeding. If this specific paragraph is held unenforceable, then the entirety of this “Dispute Resolution” section will be deemed void. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, this “Dispute Resolution section will survive any termination of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions (except as provided for under “Dispute Resolution”). This is the entire Agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and us with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement may not be changed, waived or modified except by Dreamwall.in as provided herein or otherwise by written instrument signed by Dreamwall.in. Neither this Agreement nor any right, obligation, or remedy hereunder is assignable, transferable, delegable, or sub- licensable by you except with Dreamwall.in's prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, transfer, delegation, or sublicense shall be null and void. Dreamwall.in may assign, transfer, or delegate this Agreement or any right or obligation or remedy hereunder in its sole discretion. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption, or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.

Children
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at dreamwallinfo@gmail.com, and we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

Security

6 REFUND POLICY
We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions stated below carefully before placing an order at www.Dreamwall.in
Products are returnable under the following:
a. Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery
b. Incorrect Specifications
c. Incorrect Design
Return in Case of Tampered Packaging
If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and / or size specifications provided by you, you must:
a. Ask the courier to take the order back.
b. Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email: dreamwallinfo@gmail.com so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
Return in Case of Incorrect Order If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:
a. Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to info@wallskin.in within 24 hours of order receipt.
b. Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at dreamwallinfo@gmail.com
c. Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.


7 PAYMENT METHOD
